1. Refunds and Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns and offer refunds on wines purchased directly from the Paardenkloof Wine Shop within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the wine must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles of wine.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process:
