How do I activate my club membership?
Click on the "join club" button. This will open up a new tab. Fill in your details, review and submit. We will handle the rest.
How do I cancel my membership?
Membership can be cancelled in writing at any time by sending an email to wineclub@paardenkloof.co.za. Cancellation will result in the termination of your membership and all associated benefits.
How do I book a wine tasting?
Reserve your wine tasting experience by visiting our page (Wine Tasting) and making a reservation via the form below your chosen tasting experience.
How should I store my wines?
We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature and humidity level. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
How do I get to Bot River Hotel?
Take the N2 from Cape Town and drive for about 1 hour. Turn off at the Botrivier/R43 exit just after Houwhoek Pass. At the stop, turn left into Main Road—Bot River Hotel will be on your right in the town centre.
Can I gift a PaardenKloof Experience?
We provide gift packs (two packs and three packs) which are beautiful branded. Choose your preferred wines and select the gift pack on check out.
Can I visit the vineyards?
Please note that our farm is currently a working farm and not open to the public. However, as part of our Wine Club benefits, members are warmly welcomed for exclusive vineyard visits.
